Border Force officials have moved him from the airport to the Park Hotel, a quarantine facility in Melbourne, after being held at the city&#8217;s airport overnight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refugees have also been held in this hotel by the Australian government, since December 2020, as part of the government&#8217;s immigration policies. Many of these refugees had previously been detained for years on Manus Island and Nauru. There are still two dozen people currently held there. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In October, there was a Covid outbreak in which more than 20 people tested positive.
